Candidate Terms of Service

Navero Enterprises LLC FZ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides skills-based assessments and tests to support our clients' hiring and recruitment processes. These Candidate Terms of Service ("Terms") establish the conditions under which you ("Candidate," "you," or "your") may access and use our services ("Services").

By using or accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2.1. The Services include all assessments, tests, and tools provided by Navero to evaluate candidates' suitability for employment.

2.2. The Services are for personal and private individual use only. Any use for commercial purposes, redistribution, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

2.3. To use the Services, you must be at least 16 years of age or any higher minimum age required by law in your country.

2.4. You acknowledge that we may provide the Services through our affiliates or third-party service providers.

2.5. Talent Pool (Optional)

• Candidates may opt-in to be included in the Navero Talent Pool, which allows potential employers to view their profiles and assessment results for relevant job opportunities.
• Candidates can opt out at any time via their account settings or by contacting us at contact@navero.me.
• If a candidate applies for a specific job, their assessment data will be shared only with that employer, even if they have opted out of the Talent Pool.

4.1. You may use certain Services without an account, but some features require registration. If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information.

4.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4.3. You agree not to share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party.

By using our Services, you agree to:

5.1. Use your real name and accurate personal details.

5.2. Use the Services lawfully and professionally, in accordance with these Terms.

5.3. Prohibited Actions: You shall not:

• Duplicate, create multiple, or fraudulent accounts.
• Use another person's account or attempt unauthorized access.
• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code from any part of the Services.
• Record, copy, disclose, publish, or share assessment tests, questions, or assignments with anyone.
• Develop competing services based on our platform, assessments, or methodologies.
• Bypass or hack security measures or attempt unauthorized access to our platform.
• Upload or distribute malicious content, viruses, or unlawful material.
• Violate intellectual property rights, including copying test content or company branding.
• Sell, sublicense, or distribute any part of the Services without written consent.

5.4. If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access without notice.

6.1. Navero owns all rights, titles, and interests in the Services, platform, software, test materials, and branding.

6.2. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Services only for personal assessment purposes.

6.3. You shall not modify, copy, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our express written permission.

7.1. Any personal information, test results, and video recordings you provide ("Candidate Data") remain your property.

7.2. By using the Services, you grant Navero and its affiliates a worldwide, transferable, sublicensable right to use, store, process, analyze, modify, and distribute your Candidate Data to provide and improve the Services.

7.3. Candidate Data Sharing:

• If you opt into the Talent Pool, employers may view your profile, assessment results, and relevant skills.
• If you opt out, your Candidate Data will be shared only with employers you directly apply to.

7.4. If you delete your account, your Candidate Data will be removed, except where:

• It has already been shared with employers or third parties as part of an application process.
• We are legally required to retain certain records.
• Data has been anonymized for analytics and service improvement.

7.5. You agree that Navero may analyze anonymized data to improve assessments and hiring insights.

8.1. We may modify, update, or discontinue certain features of the Services at any time.

8.2. The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, or security concerns.

8.3. We may offer Beta Products, which are experimental features provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee of reliability.

9.1. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific hiring outcome.

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navero is not liable for any:

• Lost business, employment opportunities, or profits.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10.2. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed AED 200.

11.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Navero harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Services.
• Unauthorized disclosure of assessment content.
• Your breach of these Terms.

12.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's integrity.
• Engage in fraudulent activity.

12.2. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Services. Your data will be deleted, except where retention is legally required.

13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

13.2. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
